We have tested our product for almost a decade and continue to test it daily. We have 4 full time testers and as many as 8 part time testers. They are very good at what they do.

Because of the types of tests that have been done and the ones that are in progress, we see how our screens perform under different situtations. Nothing short of amazing: With a hole in the screen of an LG 53" TV which we had brought with us from Australia, no assistance was given to us by LG (Zenith) in the U.S. except to tell us to order from Australia. I happened across these people on the net who helped with my problem on a Sunday took my order and shipped on the Monday. The screens arrived on Tuesday morning beautifully packaged, undamaged and by lunchtime I had installed them. These people are honest, polite, efficient and supply a quality product. More than happy, so thank you once again

We will always do our TV repairs thru you.........: I have been trying to find screens for our 50"Hitachi for about a month,having spent numerous hours on the internet and phone,i ran across this tv repair shop in Texas,hoping this was the one,after several e-mails ....i found my screen......I just want all to know these are very honest and Great people to deal with,i had my screens in 3 days.......To bad there is not a 100 stars cause thats what i would rate you.....Thanks Again......God Bless .. Q.       How do I know if I have a screen protector on my television?

A.       When you run your finger over the screen, if it feels smooth as glass, you have a    

            screen protector. If you feel something rough and it has a texture, it is your  

            actual television screen.


Q.        What information do I need when I email you about pricing?

A.        The model number and the date of manufacture.  Both are located on a sticker on

             the back of he television. Let us know if your TV is a rear projection, DLP, LCD or

            Plasma TV?


Q.        What services does your installed price include?

A.        On-site professional installation by a trained technician. Cleaning of your lenses,

             mirror, and f applicable, inspection of your lenticular TV screen.

Q.        I am moving. Are there any special precautions I should take when packing my television?

A.        Make sure the front of your tv is protected, especially the tv screen area. Try and

             place it in he moving van in such a  way that if a box or something shifts, it won't

           fly into the tv screen.

Q,        Do I need a surge protector for my television or other electronic components?

A.        A definite YES!!!! Ask at the store where you bought your television or any other

            electronics store if there is a special surge protector especially for your electronic

            components.

Q.        Are screens available for DLP, LCD or Plasma TVs?

A.        We have had some success with finding replacement lenticular, fresnel and screen

            protectors for DLPs. We have only found after market screen protectors for LCD 

            and Plasma TVs.
